In the spring of 2023, PRJCT Amsterdam will make its appearance at two prominent annual Bach festivals in Germany: in April at the Thuringen Bachwochen and on hallowed ground at the prestigious Bachfest Leipzig.

We will play the program there Nicht Mehr Hier, featuring arias by Buxtehude and Bach. The beautiful arias about death, a theme ubiquitous in Bach's life and work, are poignantly performed by Maarten Engeltjes and the bass Matthias Winckhler.
Between the above festivals, on May 10, 2023, we will also play Nicht Mehr Hier in our own country, at Muziekgebouw aan 't IJ in Amsterdam. From this program we previously made a beautiful CD. If you do not yet have it, please refer to to our web page.
